The New bakery is nearly there!

We’ve been working hard to get the new bakery up and running, there’s still lots to do and it needs to be kitted out with more equipment.

We built this massive table so we can do lots of prep, the frame is actually left over steel from when we built the coffee cart. The top is beech and the shelf made from marine grade ply, the feet have big threaded rod inside them so you can adjust the height of each leg. 

We tried to reuse materials as much as possible in the build, all the doors and windows were donated, the main structure of the build is elm trees from the hill.
