We use the same prep space and oven for all of our products, everything is cleaned and sanitized between allergens but there is always a possibility that traces of allergens are present in our products.

• Cinnamon swirls ; 00 flour (gluten), water, salt, yeast, butter (milk), sugar, cinnamon, sultanas, brandy, icing sugar (3%corn starch)

• Amoretti biscuits ; Ground Almonds (Nuts), sugar, Egg White, Honey, Almond extract (nuts), salt.

• Brownies ; 71% cocoa dark belgian chocolate (milk, soya lectin), sugar, Eggs, butter (milk), 00 flour (gluten), honey, salt.

• Cookies ; 71% cocoa dark belgian chocolate (Milk, soya lectin), Ground Almonds (Nuts), brown sugar, organic white flour (Gluten), butter (Milk), Eggs, Bicarbonate soda.

• Lemon curd cookies ; Flour (gluten), Butter (Milk), Sugar, Eggs, Lemon juice, corn flour, Vanilla, salt.

• Doughnut dough; 00 flour (gluten), Egg, water, Butter (Milk), sugar, yeast, salt, lemon zest. (Cooked in vegetable oil).

• Doughnut fillings;

• Vanilla custard; (Milk), (Egg yolk), cream (Milk), sugar, 00 flour (Gluten), corn starch, Vanilla pods.

• Chocolate ; (Milk), (Egg yolk), cream (Milk), sugar, 00 flour (Gluten), corn starch, coco powder.

• Salted caramel ; (Milk), (Egg yolk), cream (Milk), caster sugar, dark sugar, 00 flour (Gluten), corn starch, salt.

• Raspberry jam ; Raspberries, sugar, lemon luice. (We also sell this jam in Jars)
